Learn how to fall properly. Break falls are necessary in Self Defense and martial arts that utilize grappling, takedowns and/or throwing techniques (such as Judo, Krav Maga, Aikido, Jiu-Jitsu, or Hapkido) in order to prevent injury from a fall. This is a great work shop to attend, regardless of your training level, white belt or black belt, this is an essential skill that you can never train too much... * This is also a requirement for non Judo club members to attend the upcoming Judo seminar with Sensei Eb Kieslich.
